HARRIET MILLER

Harriet Miller was born in 1961 and studied for a Foundation at Chelsea School of Art, attending Patrick Symon's life class. She studied for her BA at St Martin's School of Art and then worked in New York receiving commissions for two years. She returned to the UK to do her MA at the Royal College of Art and was awarded the Berkeley Square Gallery Award and a residency at Delfina Studios, London.

 

Harriet has exhibited in London and Europe and had a retrospective show at Swiss Cottage Library Gallery, entitled Studio Paintings 1989 - 2010. She lives and works in London and has spent much time in Sufflok and Cornwall. Her teaching experience includes Reading and De Montfort Universities as a lecturer in Fine Art. Currently she teaches at the Royal Drawing School.
